Even more success in 2007 for the Dovey Group

The Dovey Group’s year of success just keeps on going. In September, the property industry was out in force for the Estates Gazette Awards, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. Comedian Jack Dee entertained a 1400-strong audience at an evening to celebrate both sector and regional achievements. On the night the Dovey Group kept their year of success going by being awarded Property Company of the Year in Wales. The awards were voted for by clients and competitors, ensuring winners on the night were truly proud of the esteem they hold in the rest of the property industry.

Back in April, Mike Baroth, Chief Executive of the Dovey Group, accepted Commercial Developer of the Year on behalf of Dovey Group at Insider’s second annual property awards in Wales. The company was recognised for the significant progress it has made on several key schemes throughout the last twelve months. Projects praised include the £15m, 90,000sq ft development Neptune Court in Cardiff Bay, Whitland Green Business Park in Whitland and it’s redevelopment of the 40,000 sq ft Burrows Yard site in Aberavon.
